Betsson Group is seeking a Product Owner to join their product management team in Tallinn. The Product Owner will work with industry-leading gaming products and platforms, taking ownership of specific parts of the product offering and key initiatives on the product roadmap. They will collaborate with engineering teams, product designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to improve products and user experience.
The Product Owner will be involved in:
- Producing detailed product specifications in the form of user stories.
- Leading the product discovery process for assigned initiatives.
- Assisting in organizing and prioritizing the product development backlog.
- Contributing to the product vision and championing it with stakeholders.
- Ensuring proper analytics and data collection mechanisms are in place.
- Providing product support to the development teams.
- Communicating product releases and status to the wider organization.
- Holding demos and trainings for new product concepts and releases.
- Maintaining product documentation and wikis.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Identifying areas for product improvement.
- Learning the market & customer needs through data and customer feedback
- Driving the team to follow Agile principles
Requirements:
- A relevant academic degree or qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working with agile and remote development teams.
- Comfortable working with technical and commercial aspects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A team player with a user-centric mindset.
