Platform Product Owner at Betsson Group

Betsson Group is seeking a Platform Product Owner to join their team in Malta. The Product Owner will contribute to the development of Betsson's in-house platform, focusing on user experience and innovation within the i-Gaming industry. This role involves working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to enhance the platform's capabilities and support the company's vision of delivering the best customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the voice of the customer.
• Lead product discovery activities.
• Produce detailed product specifications.
• Inform engineering teams about priorities.
• Provide product support to engineering teams.
• Support roadmap planning and manage deliveries.
• Maintain the product development backlog.
• Contribute to the product vision.
• Communicate product status to stakeholders.
• Hold presentations for new product concepts and releases.
• Ensure effective KPIs and data collection.
• Monitor platform performance and KPIs.
• Maintain product documentation.
• Perform user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager.
• Skilled in collecting requirements and producing product specifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with analytics tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
