Betsson Group is seeking a Product Manager to join their Player Rewards and Gamification Area. This area focuses on customer loyalty and providing a world-class customer experience. The Product Manager will define, organize, and prioritize requirements, working with stakeholders, developers, architects, and UX designers to optimize the customer experience.
The candidate will take ownership of customer journeys and capabilities, driving the delivery of new features and improvements. They will collaborate with other development teams and stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts. Role Involves:
- Proactively gathering input from Business Units on operational needs.
- Aligning requirements and scope with company initiatives.
- Conducting competitor analysis.
- Leading User Research, experimentation, A/B testing, and UAT initiatives.
- Owning Product Roadmap and prioritization.
- Setting and tracking Product KPIs and Success Metrics.
- Communicating iteratively on Roadmap changes and deliveries.
- Defining customer experience and product specifications with UX/UI designers.
- Defining user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Defining tracking, reporting, and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience in the gaming industry (plus).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (plus).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good skills with workshops, documentation, and planning tools.
- Experience with agile and remote development teams.
- Comfortable working with technical and commercial sides of an organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A team player with a user-centric mindset.
