Job Description
Corelight is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their People Team. This role will support the technical and research functions, reporting to the Chief People Officer. The HR Business Partner will provide advice and counsel to the executive team and management, acting as an advocate for employees within the Engineering and Labs functions.

Role involves:
  • Consulting with executives and management to optimize team and individual performance.
  • Analyzing engagement and turnover metrics to develop data-based action plans.
  • Providing performance management guidance to line management.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Rolling out corporate HR programs and providing guidance on organizational restructures.
  • Identifying training needs for employees, managers, and executives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • Business acumen and understanding of key drivers of business success.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential desirable.
