Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to implement marketing strategies through channel partners in their region. The Channel Marketing Specialist will collaborate with channel sales and partners to plan joint marketing activities. They will also execute campaigns to recruit, enable, and accelerate partners within the KnowBe4 Partner Program.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage partner marketing activities within budget and deadlines.
  • Execute strategic partner marketing programs.
  • Partner with regional partner strategy team, channel sales, and field marketing.
  • Coordinate logistics for partner-focused webinars, workshops, and regional events.
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about channel and marketing best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in channel marketing.
  • Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry a plus.
  • Experience with partner marketing funding/MDF programs preferred.
  • Proficient in Salesforce customer database.
  • Prior experience with partner relationship management (PRM) software a plus.
  • Prior experience or usage of project management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Familiarity with channel partner business and operations.
  • High attention to detail and discipline.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • “Can do” attitude and a willingness to learn.
