Huspy, a rapidly growing Proptech company backed by global investors, is seeking a Technical Key Account Manager in Málaga. This role is pivotal in scaling the performance of sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, a passion for results, and experience in demanding environments. He/she will be responsible for guiding sales advisors to reach their full potential, translating strategy into execution, and proactively addressing performance issues. The Account Manager will utilize data, dashboards, and performance frameworks to build a high-impact team.Role involves:
- Analyzing commercial performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Building strong relationships with advisors.
- Participating in the sales process when necessary.
- Representing Huspy's culture of ownership, speed, customer focus, and results obsession.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management related to the real estate sector.
- Experience in a startup is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of funnels and data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is valued.
- Excellent communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive, resilient attitude with strategic vision and hands-on approach.
