Huspy, a rapidly growing Proptech company backed by global investors, is seeking a Technical Key Account Manager to join their team in Mallorca. This role is pivotal in scaling the performance of sales teams within a data-driven, startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for achieving results, and experience in demanding settings.He/She will be responsible for guiding, challenging, and empowering sales advisors to reach their full potential. He/She will translate strategy into execution and proactively address any performance gaps. Using data, dashboards, and performance frameworks, he/she will build a high-impact team. When necessary, he/she will engage directly in operations, interacting with clients, closing deals, and leading by example.
Responsibilities include: - Analyzing sales performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks quickly.
- Building strong relationships with advisors through support and high expectations.
- Actively participating in the sales process when needed.
- Representing Huspy's culture of ownership, speed, customer focus, and results-driven approach.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management within the real estate sector.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of funnels and data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is valued.
- Excellent communication, influence, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proactive, resilient attitude with strategic vision and a hands-on approach.
