This role is pivotal in scaling the performance of sales teams within a data-driven startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, a passion for results, and experience in demanding settings.He/she will be responsible for guiding, challenging, and motivating sales advisors to reach their full potential. The Account Manager will translate strategy into execution and proactively address any performance gaps. They will leverage data, dashboards, and performance frameworks to build a high-impact team. When necessary, they will engage directly in operations, interacting with clients, closing deals, and leading by example.
Responsibilities include: - Analyzing sales performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Building strong relationships with advisors.
- Actively participating in the sales process.

Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management within the real estate sector.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of sales funnels and data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is valued.
- Excellent communication, influence, and conflict-resolution skills.
