This role is pivotal in scaling the performance of sales teams within a data-driven, startup environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing sales performance using dashboards and KPIs.
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Building strong relationships with advisors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management related to the real estate sector.
  • Experience in a startup is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is valued.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive, resilient attitude with strategic vision and hands-on approach.
