Job Description
Forter is seeking a Principal People Partner to join their team and help shape the future of their Go-to-Market organizations. This role is a strategic leadership position within the HR function, collaborating with the executive team and senior leaders to drive Forter’s people strategy. The Principal People Partner will play a pivotal role in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and culture-building, ensuring the company has the right talent, structure, and capabilities to scale with agility. This position will be located in NY and follow a hybrid model.Forter is looking for someone to:
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to executive GTM leaders.
  • Provide consultation on complex organizational challenges.
  • Own and lead cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Design and implement organizational structures.
  • Develop and drive enterprise-wide talent strategies.
  • Leverage data and analytics for decision-making.
  • Lead change management efforts.
  • Champion culture and engagement.
Requirements for this role include:
  • 12+ years of HRBP experience.
  • Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development.
