PHD is seeking a Global Biddable Operations Lead to drive standardization, operational excellence, and performance across digital channels within the Biddable Activation Hub (BAH). This is an initial 7-month fixed-term contract.This role involves:

• Leading the evolution and implementation of the BAH operating model across all global regions.
• Shaping the future of biddable operations.
• Ensuring process consistency.
• Advancing automation.
• Promoting cross-regional collaboration.
• Impacting training, onboarding, and capability building across the network.
