Job Description
PHD UK is seeking a Media Experience Business Director to guide clients through media transformation. This role involves maximizing cross-channel and in-channel opportunities, driving connectivity between Media Experience specialists, and ensuring the integration of work to deliver high-quality output for clients.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Be the primary point of contact between planning, client leadership, and Media Experience teams.
- Lead the Media Acceleration Framework process.
- Ensure channel responses are connected through data and media.
- Demonstrate data literacy across the client patch.
- Connect all channel specialists to bring one voice of Media Experience to clients.
- Work alongside the accountability team tracking client PRF targets.
- Ensure best-in-class processes and approaches are adhered to.
- Work closely with counterparts in Beyond, Marketing Science, and Data & Technology.
Requirements: - Experience in media transformation and cross-channel integration.
- Strong leadership skills to drive connectivity and collaboration.
- Data literacy and understanding of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.
- Commercial mindset to unlock revenue and support new business opportunities.
- Thought leadership to communicate market conditions and industry developments.
