Job Description
Spektrum is seeking an IDAM Engineer to support key client projects, specifically within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and IT services to NATO's member countries and partners. The IDAM Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining and administering Active Directory and Federation Services environments.This role involves:
- Diagnosing and resolving complex Identity Management issues.
- Installing, operating, and maintaining Active Directory Federation Services and Directory Services, including Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Collaborating with development, operations, and security teams.
- Developing new MIM Management Agent rules.
- Providing technical expertise for operational procedures.
- Implementing disaster recovery procedures.
Requirements for this position include:
- Experience in an IT assignment with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an Enterprise environment installing and maintaining Directory Synchronization Services.
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in implementation and maintenance activities of Active Directory and Federation Services.
- Experience in supporting and advising SMEs and Project Managers.
- Experience in implementing configuration and security settings through AD Group Policies.
- Experience of Implementing DNS configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in operating systems such as Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022.
- Business English proficiency.
- Graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or equivalent.
- Valid National or NATO Cosmic Top Secret personal security clearance
