Job Description
Spektrum is seeking an IT Transformation Support Specialist to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium. The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and IT services to NATO member countries and partners. This role involves providing ongoing L3 support for HR applications and offering expert guidance on CIS Security efforts.Role Involves:
  • Configuring CI/CD Pipelines
  • Managing EntraID Groups and Roles
  • Managing and configuring different Cloud components
  • Providing third-level support for end-user queries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
  • Logging and tracking support incidents
  • Escalating complex issues to vendor support
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base
  • Providing users with guidance and training on best practices
  • Ensuring the proper functionality and security of software and hardware
  • Monitoring HR Applications and other software
  • Providing support to NBAC team for security approval and accreditation of software applications and CIS
  • Controlling and checking compliance with security regulations
Requirements:
  • Understanding of end-user devices
  • Expert knowledge of Linux and Windows server infrastructure, and Active Directory
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and IIS based web servers
  • Expert knowledge of networking infrastructure and PKI
  • Strong background of cloud technologies and deployment
  • Deep understanding of security constraints and requirements in CIS, NCIA, and NATO security directives
  • Familiarity with Microsoft services and tools
  • Experience with GENPACT Sequence Kinetics/Cora, CITI Manage ID, and RLDATIX DefenceSuite/OneView
  • Experience in HR IT applications
  • Experience in Software Engineering areas
  • Knowledge of NATO HR processes
  • Knowledge and experience in state-of-the-art technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
