Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Project Manager to support key client projects related to cybersecurity capabilities for NATO. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the cost, scope, and schedule of projects to ensure successful delivery. This role involves coordinating with NATO stakeholders and industry representatives, developing project plans, and providing regular status reports to senior executives and governance bodies.Responsibilities include:
- Managing NSIP projects, particularly major procurement projects in Cyber Security.
- Identifying, planning, and managing resource deployment to meet project milestones.
- Preparing and submitting project proposals and contributing to source selections.
- Monitoring project progress and risk, ensuring resources are used within budget and timelines.
- Providing regular status reports to leadership and NATO committees.
- Understanding customer requirements and delivering analysis and problem resolution.
- Proposing actions to increase confidence and reduce project risks.
- Providing effective leadership to the project team.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of Project Management within the NCI Agency.
Requirements:
- Formal project management training (PRINCE2, PMI PMP, or DAWIA Program Management Level II).
- Detailed understanding of the NATO Security Investment Programme (NSIP).
- Experience dealing with stakeholders at enterprise level.
- Experience in developing Statements of Work for competitive bidding.
- Proactive attitude and ability to maintain trust from stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Project.
- Extensive experience in managing large Cybersecurity or ICT projects.
- A university degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Management, or related disciplines.
