Project Manager - Cloud

Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Project Manager to support a key client project with the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium. The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO's member countries and its partners.

The ITM Recovery project aims to replace the legacy Automated Information Systems (AIS) NS classification network with a modernized ITM Operational Network (ON) across the NATO Command Structure (NCS). The Project Manager will provide specialized support to the NCI Agency.

Role Involves:

• Organizing and maintaining SharePoint libraries, documentation, and portals
• Building and maintaining reports in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• Supporting internal and external meetings, including tracking actions
• Tracking project activities in JIRA

Requirements:

• Proficiency in managing Microsoft SharePoint portals
• Experience in organizing meetings and drafting summaries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerBI, Word)
• Knowledge and experience in using JIRA, Agile, Kanban
• Good knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Service NOW)
• Good knowledge of project management principles, practices, and procedures
• A recognized Project Management certification, such as Prince2 or PMP
• At least five (5) years' experience in project management support
• Good knowledge of configuration management principles and processes
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Business English proficiency
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
