Senior Engineer

Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Senior Engineer to support key client projects, specifically the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). This role involves providing technical support to acquisition projects, ensuring the delivery of integrated and interoperable technical solutions. The Senior Engineer will contribute to scientific programs, develop STANAGs, and maintain documentation for NATO capabilities. They will also act as a Subject Matter Expert in Mobile Infrastructure Specialization.Role involves:

• Providing technical support to acquisition projects
• Preparing technical specifications
• Supporting evaluation processes
• Ensuring technical leadership throughout the implementation process
• Supervising acceptance testing
• Contributing to scientific programs and projects
• Giving scientific briefings and presentations
• Writing and reviewing scientific reports and articles
• Maintaining documentation and Solution Architectures for NATO Capabilities

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in technologies like Deployable CIS and Infrastructure as a Service
• Experience in Systems Engineering and MBSE methodology
• Experience in laboratory and field trials
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent experience)
