Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Senior Engineer to support key client projects, specifically the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). This role involves providing technical support to acquisition projects, ensuring the delivery of integrated and interoperable technical solutions. The Senior Engineer will prepare technical specifications, support evaluation processes, and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation process, including supervising acceptance testing.Role involves:
  • Providing technical support to acquisition projects.
  • Participating in scientific programs and projects.
  • Giving scientific briefings and presentations.
  • Maintaining documentation and Solution Architectures for NATO Capabilities.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Mobile Infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and engineering experience in state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Experience in Systems Engineering and MBSE methodology.
  • Experience in laboratory and field trials planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or extensive expertise in related duties.
