Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support key client projects within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The successful candidate will manage assigned CIS projects and individual work packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and constraints. This role involves producing high-quality project deliverables, leading requirement analysis, and developing solicitation documentation. The Senior Project Manager will interact with internal and external stakeholders, monitor project execution, and may be required to travel to other NATO locations.
Role Involves: - Managing CIS projects from start to closure.
- Producing project deliverables like Price Proposals and Statements of Work.
- Leading the identification and analysis of project requirements.
- Developing solicitation documentation (RFQ, IFB).
- Interacting with stakeholders, including Contractors and NATO organizations.
- Monitoring and controlling project execution.
Requirements: - Experience in or with NCIA, with knowledge of NCIA project management processes.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in CIS projects.
- Ability to deploy to operational theaters on short notice.
- Experience in applying multi-discipline engineering and management techniques.
- Knowledge of current technologies relevant to the work.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Formal qualification in project management (PRINCE2 and/or PMP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Service Now.
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
