Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Senior Assurance Engineer to join their team in The Hague, Netherlands. This role supports the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) and involves independent verification and validation of Agency-delivered projects, systems, services, processes, and programs. The candidate will be part of a multinational team of assurance engineers, focusing on planning, execution, and reporting on various projects.
Role Involves:
- Planning, organizing, and conducting formal reviews and assessments.
- Evaluating and identifying non-compliances with organizational standards.
- Producing test documentation such as Test Plans, Test cases and test reports.
- Managing the design, planning, and execution of V&V events.
- Providing support to projects executed by external contractors.
- Supporting the operational community in operational acceptance activities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in planning and executing test, verification, and validation activities in large complex projects.
- At least 5 years of experience with functional, non-functional, and interoperability testing of systems and products.
- Experience managing external stakeholders and co-workers during project execution.
- Ability to understand hardware and software system architectures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in team management of testers, quality, or development engineers.
- Familiarity with test tools for test management, defect management, and requirements management.
- Experience dealing with independent testing conducted by an external party.
