Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Service Transition Manager to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium. The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO's member countries and its partners. The Service Transition Manager will provide transition planning and support guidance to programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.Role Involves:
  • Providing Transition Planning and Support guidance to programs and projects.
  • Supporting Project Managers with the creation of transition plans and supporting documents.
  • Ensuring that transition activities are planned and executed in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing and updating project proposals for inclusion of Transition planning and support activities.
  • Assisting in the creation of the Agency's Service Transition strategy, plans, and policies.
  • Supporting Senior Transition and Assurance Manager with developing strategies and templates for the implementation and evaluation of IT Transition Planning and Support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Service Management within a medium-large organization.
  • Extensive experience in Service Transition Management across multiple industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
  • Ability to evaluate risks and formulate corrective and improvement plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • ITIL 4 and PRINCE2 Certification, or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • A university degree in a relevant discipline equivalent to a BSc and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
