The HR Planning team at PayPay plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by creating original HR systems and mechanisms. As a member of this team, the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Role Involves:

• Planning, drafting, deploying, operating, and improving HR strategies, systems, and mechanisms
• Building a workforce & productivity system from scratch
• Formulating and executing data-driven talent strategies
• Analyzing global talent market trends and constructing compensation strategies

Requirements:

• A proactive attitude towards tasks
• Ability to think from scratch, without being bound by conventional ideas
• Strong with numbers and interested in using data analysis to formulate strategies
• Ability to consider the "best" and "better" options for the team/project
