Job Description

This is a Client Services Internship role at Landor, a WPP company. The intern will support the Client Services team across various projects, assisting with day-to-day activities. The role involves cross-department project coordination, ensuring smooth communication between client services, strategy, creative, and production teams, along with research and audit tasks.

Role involves:

  • Managing daily activity in client relationships and project management.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings.
  • Providing clear and concise meeting reports.
  • Updating project status.
  • Collaborating with strategy and creative teams in preparing briefs.
  • Participating in ideation sessions.
  • Ensuring up-to-date resourcing for each project.
  • Scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
  • Taking minutes for follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to take complete ownership and responsibility of running a project end-to-end.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
