Job Description
HousingAnywhere Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to enhance financial planning, reporting, and business analysis. The analyst will be a key player in transforming financial processes and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop financial forecasts, monitor KPIs, and support budgeting, contributing to the company's financial growth and operational efficiency. The analyst will report to the Director of Finance and work within a finance department of five people. Responsibilities include:
  • Creating financial forecasts and managing the company's budget.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports and conducting performance analysis.
  • Optimizing financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring data integrity and improving financial reporting systems.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and providing strategic support.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in a fast tech scale-up or SME (a plus).
  • Fluency in English.
