Job Description
BigID is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Spain to drive deals within the market. This role involves identifying, developing, and executing account strategies to close new business and expand growth with customers in a defined territory. The Regional Sales Manager will prepare and maintain sales forecasts, network with customers, and establish relationships with key executives. They will also maintain account intelligence in Salesforce, report on sales activity, and direct an inside sales team to uncover opportunities.

Requirements for this position include:
- 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software
- Proven track record of closing six and seven figure software licensing deals in Spain
- Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets
- Prior experience selling data security
- Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions
- Excellent communication skills
