BigID, a leading tech startup specializing in data security, compliance, privacy, and AI data management, is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative in the UK. This role involves driving pipeline across strategic enterprise accounts, collaborating with AEs, and engaging with senior-level buyers.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of SaaS SDR experience and be fluent in both English and German. They should be proficient in using tools like Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo. BigID offers a remote-first culture that values initiative, transparency, and support.
What this role involves:
- Driving outbound pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and strategic campaigns
- Collaborating with AEs on account plans and prospecting strategy
- Leveraging Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and AI tools
- Identifying and engaging Director-, VP-, and C-level buyers
- Representing BigID at industry events
- Staying sharp on industry trends and buyer pain points
- Booking high-quality meetings
- Contributing to a strong, collaborative culture
Requirements:
- 1+ years in a SaaS SDR or BDR role
- Proven success engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience using modern sales tools (Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- A competitive, resilient mindset
- Excitement about cybersecurity and AI
- Ambition to grow into a closing role
- Fluency in both English and German
