Job Description
DV Group, a Chicago-based financial services firm, is seeking a Manager of Legal Technology and Operations. This role is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and support of technology solutions and operational processes across legal functions, including human resources, vendor relationships, mergers and acquisitions, and governance. The Manager will work closely with attorneys, HR, IT, accounting, compliance, and other business functions.
Role involves:
- Managing the legal department’s operations.
- Integrating and optimizing scalable technology solutions.
- Managing and tracking projects involving the legal department.
- Overseeing relationships with vendors for legal technology solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations, technology management, or IT project management.
- Experience managing legal and project management platforms such as SAP, Agiloft, Ironclad, Archer, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Exemplary organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Previous experience in a financial services firm, bank, or other highly regulated environment preferred.
- Previous experience with a startup or high-growth organization desired.
