Job Description
Glean is seeking a Field CTO to serve as the strategic technical voice for the company. This role blends enterprise strategy, technical evangelism, and product influence. The Field CTO will collaborate with prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams to promote the adoption of Glean’s platform, ensure customer success, and influence product direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic technical engagements across pre-sales and post-sales lifecycles.
  • Guide the GTM team, refining discovery, value articulation, and architectural vision.
  • Partner with Sales to drive deals by offering technical insights and guidance.
  • Serve as the executive technical advisor to top customers, helping them navigate cloud, security, and integration strategies for AI adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and GTM to deliver feedback and shape the roadmap.
  • Represent Glean at industry events and contribute to technical thought leadership.
  • Use frameworks like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to guide teams.
