Job Description
Glean is seeking a Field CTO to serve as the strategic technical voice for the company. This role blends enterprise strategy, technical evangelism, and product influence. The Field CTO will collaborate with prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams to promote the adoption of Glean’s platform, ensure customer success, and shape the product roadmap. This person will act as a thought partner to CIOs and CTOs, a trusted advisor to sales and product teams, and a visible figure in the AI community.Role involves:
  • Leading strategic technical engagements across pre-sales and post-sales lifecycles.
  • Guiding the GTM team, refining discovery, value articulation, and architectural vision.
  • Partnering with Sales to drive deals by offering technical insights and guidance.
  • Serving as the executive technical advisor to top customers.
  • Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and GTM to deliver feedback.
  • Representing Glean at industry events and contributing to technical thought leadership.
  • Using frameworks like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
