Job Description

Glean is seeking a dynamic and proactive GTM Enablement Content Manager to develop and execute enablement curriculum and content for its Go-To-Market teams. This role is pivotal in supporting Sales, SE, Customer Outcomes, and Business Development teams.

The GTM Enablement Content Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the GTM teams are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed early on in their Glean tenure.

What this role involves:

  • Developing and maintaining onboarding curriculums and resources.
  • Planning, organizing, and delivering quarterly new hire workshops (BOOSTcamp).
  • Serving as a liaison between the GTM enablement team and other departments.
  • Demonstrating strong executive presence to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in curriculum development or enablement project/program management.
  • Strong organizational, content development, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using GenAI, with extra points for being a Glean user.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development.
