Job Description
Jobber is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to join their Marketing department. Jobber helps small home service businesses transform the way service is delivered through technology. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and analysis of new demand generation programs to accelerate company growth.
  • Lead and coach a team of Growth Marketers.
  • Define the Growth Marketing roadmap.
  • Dig into the data to develop hypotheses and recommend testing opportunities.
  • Collaborate and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exercise creativity to elevate the Jobber Brand.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders.
To be successful, the candidate should have:
  • Direct experience leveraging offline and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience managing a performance/growth marketing team.
  • An entrepreneurial outlook and a passion for helping small businesses.
  • A proven track record of managing marketing budgets >$10M.
  • Ability to extract insights from analytics platforms and/or CRMs.
  • Flexible and responsive with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and learn quickly.
