Job Description

DEPT® is seeking a VP of People to lead the People team in Germany and Switzerland. This role involves creating the best employee journey for Depsters, ensuring they feel engaged with the organization's culture and mission. The VP of People will serve as a business partner for the German and Swiss business teams, reporting to the SVP of People EMEA and aligning the People plan with DEPT®’s global strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with leadership teams in Germany and Switzerland.
• Leading local projects and facilitating initiatives.
• Developing the People team in Germany and Switzerland.
• Collaborating with the EMEA People team on regional and global projects.

Requirements:

• Experienced People Lead, preferably within a digital agency or the tech industry.
• Excellent knowledge of HR legislation, policies, processes, and tools.
• Excellent skills in strengthening the culture.
• Well-versed in stakeholder management.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
• Punctual, proactive, and independent.
• Clear communication and ownership of actions.
• Working proficiency of both German and English.
• Direct availability to start working in Germany.
