Job Description

Maven Securities US Limited is seeking a Trader to join their team in Chicago. The Trader will monitor risk exposures, set trading parameters, and follow trading flow to ensure optimal positioning. They will also develop and maintain a daily trading plan, monitor key trading statistics, and liaise with brokers to assess pricing structures. The Trader will investigate trades, manage and train junior team members, and identify and implement modifications to internal trading systems.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related field
• Two (2) years of experience with financial theory
• Python scripting
• Actant scripting
• Market making
• Relative value trading
• Systematic position taking
• Modeling
• Developing and maintaining a daily trading plan
• Risk monitoring
