Motive is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their team. Motive empowers those who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive and more profitable. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for the sales organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruiting landscape and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
The role involves:
Partnering with recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles.
High volume full-cycle recruitment.
Sourcing and building strong talent pipelines.
Exceeding recruiting KPIs and individual targets.
Maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Requirements:
3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in SaaS/Tech sales recruiting for Go-to-Market and US customers.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
Strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape in the PK market.
Strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers.
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to deliver consistent performance and KPI achievement in a remote environment.
