Job Description
Axon is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their RMS team. This role involves partnering with Key Account Executives to drive the discovery, strategy, and execution of complex, consultative sales of Axon Records and Axon Standards within the top 1200 largest law enforcement agencies in the U.S. The Strategic Account Executive will lead efforts to uncover customer needs, guide agencies in modernizing systems, and align stakeholders to close deals.Role involves:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to law enforcement agencies.
  • Partnering with Key Account Executives to develop pre-sales strategy.
  • Building and delivering impactful product demonstrations.
  • Leading internal alignment across departments.
  • Identifying pain points in agency workflows.
  • Representing Axon at public safety conferences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of software sales or sales-related experience.
  • Solution or consultative sales experience.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of disruptive technology.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
