Staff Pharmacist

LetsGetChecked is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support their Operations Management department. This role involves managing Pharmacy Technicians and delivery personnel, ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical services, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Staff Pharmacist will report to the Pharmacist in Charge and contribute to the company's mission of empowering individuals to manage their health from home.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Pharmacy Technicians and delivery personnel.
• Maintaining documentation for services, including prescription records and patient profiles.
• Coordinating pharmaceutical services and medication delivery.
• Ensuring the security of drugs and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Participating in quality assurance programs.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Patient consultations, prescription verification, and drug utilization review.

Requirements:

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence.
• Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work at a computer screen for long periods.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
