Seesaw, a primary learning experience company trusted by millions, seeks a Professional Development and Training Specialist to join their Professional Learning team. This role involves customer-facing interactions, where the specialist will act as a Seesaw expert, guiding teachers and administrators in effectively using the platform. The specialist will lead professional development sessions, both virtually and occasionally onsite, to ensure customer success with Seesaw.Seesaw is looking for someone who can:
- Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training.
- Maintain session documentation and follow-up with customers.
- Stay updated on the latest Seesaw features and support resources.
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of primary teaching experience.
- Experience in educator coaching or professional development (preferred).
- Knowledge of Seesaw (preferred).
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Tech-savviness and comfort with technology.
- Ability to travel if needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Comfort with Google Suite.
- Eastern Time Zone preference.
- Close proximity to a major airport.
