Dr. Squatch is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and knowledgeable about benefits programs and payroll systems. This is a hybrid role based in Marina del Rey, CA.
What this role involves:
- Processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll.
- Maintaining employee payroll records.
- Administering employee benefits programs.
- Ensuring payroll and benefits compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration.
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems (ADP and UKG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits laws and regulations.
