Job Description
IPG is seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Analyst to provide day-to-day administrative functions and problem resolution related to computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. This role serves as the escalation point for complex issues and assists in resolving technical problems in a mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities: - Participates in new projects, compliance upkeep, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Responds to after-hours/emergency support requests.
- Troubleshoots problems using established techniques and standards.
- Collaborates with other teams to resolve computer-related incidents.
- Creates and updates computer issue tickets.
- Assists with AD administration.
- Installs computer operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Maintains equipment lists and updates the asset management system.
- Provides end-user training and assists with audit controls.
- Writes SOPs related to team procedures.
- Participates in the team’s on-call rotation.
Requirements: - Associate’s degree or 5+ years of end-user computer support experience.
- Experience in a scalable organization with understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Ivanti, JAMF, Intune, or similar computer management software.
- Expertise in troubleshooting LAN/WAN/WiFi.
- Experience supporting MS Office Suite and M365 Apps.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Desirable experience with OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Intune, and JAMF.
- Advanced customer service, communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
