Job Description
Appfire is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and manage Atlassian solutions. This remote role, based in Spain, involves collaborating with partners, customers, and internal teams to create innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud engineering principles, strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and experience in systems administration and ideally software development. Role involves:
- Understanding customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Designing and configuring solutions using Appfire products.
- Designing, architecting, and implementing complex Atlassian-based solutions.
- Developing technical documentation and training materials.
- Providing ongoing consultation and support to clients.
- Collaborating with Product teams to identify required features.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Staying up-to-date with product features and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex Atlassian solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITSM, DevOps practices, and software development life cycles.
- Experience in software development using languages like Java, Python, or SIL.
- Experience in Linux Systems administration.
- Familiarity with technologies like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, and other Atlassian products.
- Proven problem-solving ability and time management skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to communicate complex concepts.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
