Job Description

Betsson Group is seeking a Data Architect to design, implement, and manage its cloud-based data architecture. The Data Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient solutions that meet the organization's data requirements. The role involves driving best practices in data modeling and contributing to a cutting-edge, scalable data infrastructure supporting multiple brands and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud data strategy.
• Design and implement robust and scalable data models.
• Architect and implement data integration pipelines.
• Implement and enforce data security and privacy measures.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data storage and processing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Snowflake).
• Strong proficiency in database technologies, data warehousing, and big data solutions.
• Experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
• Experience with streaming and real-time data pipelines and Analytics
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
