Analytics Engineer - Fluent English

Artefact Brazil is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join their Data & Consulting team. The role involves helping clients transform their data strategy by applying advanced analytics to generate insights and create business value. The position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, but is currently operating under a home office model with optional physical office work.

What this role involves:

• Identifying client needs and defining innovative solutions.
• Leading analyses, interpreting requirements, and translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Collaborating with other teams to deliver data-driven marketing services.
• Developing, maintaining, and supporting operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards using BI tools.
• Consuming and transforming data to build Data Products.
• Performing exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and answer key business questions.

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Curiosity and a drive for innovative solutions.
• Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
• Fluent English communication skills.
