The role involves:

• Leading logistics operations to ensure fleet growth and performance.
• Transforming business data and indicators into actionable insights.
• Managing operations, locations, and over 30 franchisees.
• Creating playbooks and auditing franchises for compliance and efficiency.
• Leading projects and audits to promote continuous improvement.
• Analyzing data, KPIs, and conducting A/B tests to optimize processes.
• Maintaining communication with legal, delivery teams, and addressing labor issues.
