iFood is seeking a Coordenação de Cobrança e Recuperação to structure credit recovery processes and identify bottlenecks. The role involves addressing issues through effective solutions and establishing solid collection practices across iFood Pago products. This contributes to continuous improvement and the financial health of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the internal collection team, focusing on high-impact financial value recovery.
- Coordinate and monitor the collection operations effectively.
- Develop and implement contact strategies using various channels like WhatsApp and voice calls.
- Participate in structuring and improving the collection area.
- Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements.
- Align with the internal strategy team on priority collection portfolios.
- Manage client risk monitoring.
- Optimize internal flows and implement best practices.
- Ensure collection practices align with company values.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in collection and recovery, especially with large values and corporate client relationships.
- Ability to lead multifunctional teams with a strategic outlook.
- Advanced knowledge of collection systems and digital channels.
- Experience in project and operational area management.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
- Knowledge of PJ recovery or prior experience in corporate collection is a plus.
- Familiarity with complex cultural contexts like fintechs is a plus.
