Job Description

iFood is a leading Brazilian technology company in Latin America, connecting restaurants and consumers through innovative solutions. It is looking for a Business Analyst to join iFood Pago, its Fintech division. The Business Analyst will focus on card solutions, contributing to the iFood Benefícios, iFood's food and meal voucher program, and iFood Pago, the restaurant's bank.

The Business Analyst will be based in São Paulo, Brazil, and will work closely with technology and product teams.

Role Involves:

• Participating in discussions with suppliers to understand and resolve issues related to benefit cards.
• Conducting research and bringing innovative ideas for improvements and new opportunities.
• Negotiating with flag and processing suppliers for demand implementation.
• Defending ideas internally for the adoption of new projects and solutions.
• Building dashboards for analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborating with technology and product teams for new product launches.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills and intermediate knowledge of Data Bricks and SQL for query construction.
• Understanding of the payment market, processors, and flags.
• Questioning and out-of-the-box profile, with motivation for learning and adapting to scope changes.
• Ability to change routes quickly, maintaining focus on iFood culture.
• Familiarity with data for negotiations and analysis, with a business vein and innovative vision.
