iFood Pago is seeking an innovative and driven individual to join their team as an Executivo de Vendas Externas Farmer in the NORDESTE region. This role is based in Recife, PE. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for problem-solving.He/She will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key restaurant partners.
- Managing a portfolio of clients in the region, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
- Achieving individual, partner, and company goals.
- Providing market consulting and personalized support to restaurants, focusing on CRM strategies.
- Promoting and implementing new products and solutions for partners.
- Driving innovation and value creation within and outside of iFood.
- Managing difficult conversations and conflicts with emotional intelligence.
- Analyzing restaurant operations and proposing strategic improvements to increase revenue.
Requirements include:
- Experience in consultative sales and relationship management/CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic data management.
- A data-driven approach.
- Commercial skills with negotiation abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High energy, commitment, and ownership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Residence in the region of operation (São Paulo Capital) and personal transportation for city travel.
- An entrepreneurial, hands-on profile.
- The ability to strategically assess restaurant operations and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in risk management and emotional intelligence.
