  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy, dedication, and ownership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Residence in the region of operation (Curitiba, PR) and personal transportation.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to strategically assess restaurant operations.
  • Experience in risk management and emotional intelligence.
