- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Residence in the region of operation (Curitiba, PR) and personal transportation.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
- Ability to strategically assess restaurant operations.
- Experience in risk management and emotional intelligence.
