Role involves:

• Acting as a generalist product designer, integrating UX and UI skills.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure a broad and strategic product vision.
• Collaborating proactively with growth teams and senior leadership.
• Continuously improving user experience through redesign and new solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong critical thinking and design excellence, with an emphasis on the visual aspect and focus on the end consumer (B2C).
• Systemic vision and adaptability in constantly evolving projects.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with ease in adapting to changes.
• Strategic and data-driven thinking.
• Experience in high-visibility environments and interaction with different organizational levels.
• Ability to lead initiatives that impact consumer perception and promote accessibility.
• Ability to identify and explore strategic opportunities for the product.
• Intermediate or advanced English for interaction in a global environment.
