Job Description
iFood is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their team in Osasco. This role is exclusive to women and black individuals. The Staff Product Designer will be responsible for the design process from conception to final product delivery. They will create functional and user-centered interfaces (UI/UX), ensuring effective experiences. The designer will conduct market research, trend analysis, and behavioral studies to create innovative products. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Stakeholders, ensuring adherence to client requirements and strategic company objectives. The designer will also lead complete end-to-end projects.
Role Involves:
- Performing design from conception to product delivery.
- Creating functional and user-centered interfaces (UI/UX).
- Conducting market research and behavioral studies.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Leading end-to-end projects.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Product Designer.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Experience with Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD), and/or agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with prototyping, usability testing, and responsive design.
- Ability to mentor the team and positively influence others.
- Communicative, proactive, resilient, and autonomous.
- Keen eye for visual aspects and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Agile profile, capable of thinking and executing quickly.
