Appnovation is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a passion for discovery-led conversations, and a proven ability to craft complex digital solutions. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop impactful solutions for enterprise clients, particularly in regulated industries.He/she will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and proposing technically sound, scalable solutions aligned with modern technology. The Enterprise Account Executive will stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, translating that knowledge into real-world solutions. They will also be responsible for reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, and deal progression, while maintaining a focus on long-term client success.
Responsibilities: - Win new opportunities and grow existing accounts through solution-based selling.

Requirements: - 5+ years of proven success selling Digital Services or complex technology solutions.
- Experienced in solution selling, with a track record of identifying client needs.
- Comfortable selling into enterprise-level clients.
- Bring a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver complex digital platforms.
- Familiar with modern tech ecosystems (cloud-native, headless, composable, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales operations best practices.
